Co-Founder & President
Ken and his business partner Max Nair founded Phase 3 in February 2001 with the vision of offering customers complete marketing and branding ideas as well as the execution of those ideas all from one company. Beginning with eight employees in Atlanta, Ken has overseen all aspects of the company's growth to its current size of 200 employees with locations in Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Dallas and Nashville.

Prior to founding Phase 3, Ken was general manager of the Atlanta office of C2 Media from 1997 to 2001. From 1991 to 1997, he held sales, sales management and regional management positions in the telecommunications industry.
Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in sports management from West Virginia University.
Senior Vice President, Atlanta & Charleston
Jenny has been with Phase 3 since its inception in February 2001, beginning her career as an account manager. From 2001 to 2004, Jenny became the first account manager in company history to achieve both President's and Chairman's Club's status for sales performance. From 2005 to 2009, Jenny served as a sales manager and then as Director of Sales in the Atlanta office before being promoted to General Manager of the Atlanta office in 2009. Since then, she has been promoted to Vice President and on to Senior Vice President of Atlanta. In her current position, Jenny has ultimate oversight over marketing services, print production, sales, and warehouse and distribution and has complete P&L responsibility over the Atlanta and Charleston operations.
After attending Auburn University, Jenny moved to Atlanta and began her career at American Express. She then leveraged her management experience to own a small property management firm for four years. In 1999, Jenny began her career in digital print sales at C2 Media prior to joining Phase 3.
Senior Vice President, Charlotte & Nashville
Jim brought with him 12 years of marketing and advertising experience when he joined Phase 3 in February 2002 as an account manager. He performed those duties until being promoted to Sales Manager in 2006 and then to Director of Sales where, over the next three years, he developed a second sales team alongside Jenny Harris in the Atlanta office. In 2009, Jim was promoted to General Manager and tasked with opening and running the Charlotte office. Since then, Jim has been promoted to Vice President and then to Senior Vice President. In his current role, has complete P&L responsibility over the Charlotte and Nashville operations overseeing sales, marketing services and account management.
Prior to joining Phase 3 in 2002, Jim held various positions in the design and advertising industry including co-owning a small advertising agency. He has worked for clients including BellSouth, Major League Baseball and the National Football League. Jim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Jacksonville University.
Senior Vice President, Strategic & Creative Director
Margaret joined Phase 3 in October, 2012 as a result of Phase 3's purchase of EOS Marketing & Communications. As Senior Vice President, Strategic and Creative Director, Margaret is the chief brand strategist for the company providing its customers expertise in areas including brand development and strategy, creative direction, traditional and on- line marketing strategy and execution, media planning and buying, and writing. Additionally, she assists Ken Holsclaw in the identification of advertising and marketing agencies as acquisition targets.
Prior to Phase 3, Margaret founded EOS Marketing & Communications in November, 2005 and, together with Susan Frost, developed accounts such as Coca- Cola, CNL, the Replenish Africa Initiative (RAIN) and Tombow. Previously, she spent 19 years at Austin Kelley Advertising beginning as an Account Executive and ending as Executive Vice President/Director of Client Services overseeing account management, media and the creative studio.
After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in mass communications, Margaret began her career as a copywriter.
Senior Vice President, Operations & Purchasing
Gail has over 20 years of experience in both the graphic design and digital printing industries. She has been with Phase 3 since its inception in February, 2001 playing an integral role in the growth of the company. From 2001- 2009, Gail oversaw all aspects of company purchasing including raw materials used in the print process along with the identification, acquisition and financing of all print and finishing equipment. Additionally, she oversaw the day to day operations of the entire print production department of the Atlanta facility. In her current role, Gail directly oversees the estimating, purchasing, recruiting and training departments for the entire company.
Gail attended the University of South Florida, and benefitted from growing up in a military family who served in 13 different communities around the nation before settling in Atlanta in 1994.
Vice President of Accounting, Accounts Receivable & Taxes
Marc spent 2004 at Phase 3 working with Aji Abraham in the accounting department and then left the company to pursue his goal of earning his MBA and becoming a certified public accountant (CPA). Over the next two and a half years while pursuing these educational goals, he served Cerqueda, Morgan, Gault & Collins in Marietta and then Henderson & Godbee in Valdosta gaining experience in their business tax and audit divisions.
In August, 2007, Marc returned to Phase 3 as the accounts receivable manager. His scope of work has continued to expand to his current role as Vice President of Accounting, Accounts Receivable & Taxes having complete oversight over all company accounts, collections, cash management, financial reporting and tax preparation.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Valdosta State University and a Master's of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
Senior Vice President, Dallas
Troy joined Phase 3 in September 2012 as a result of Phase 3's acquisition of Gigantic Color. As Senior Vice President/General Manager, Troy has ultimate oversight over creative services, installation, sales, print production, and warehouse and distribution services. He has direct P&L responsibility over the Dallas operation.
With close to 25 years of experience in the design and digital printing business, Troy is nationally recognized as a leading authority in the printing and installation of grand format graphics. Prior to Phase 3, Troy spent 22 years at Gigantic Color building a small prepress operation into one of the Southwest's largest large format digital printing facilities.
Troy graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in advertising and began his career as a designer and copywriter.
Vice President, Marketing & Client Services
Susan joined Phase 3 in October, 2012 as a result of Phase 3's purchase of EOS Marketing & Communications and brings over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience to her position. As Vice President of Marketing & Client Services, Susan is directly responsible for guiding clients' marketing strategies and oversees the company's marketing and media teams.
Prior to Phase 3, Susan co-founded EOS Marketing & Communications in November, 2005 and developed accounts such as Coca-Cola, CNL, American Tombow and the Replenish Africa Initiative (RAIN). Previously, she worked for a Dutch real estate developer, as well as for The Morrison Agency and Austin Kelley Advertising.
Susan is a native of Alabama and a graduate of the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.
Vice President, Brand Strategy & Creative
Vicky joined Phase 3 as Vice President of Brand Creative & Strategy in 2015 with the acquisition of her agency, Brand Fever, one of Atlanta's most vibrant brand and digital marketing firms. In her new role, Vicky leads the P3 team of strategists, hybrid designers and writers to activate brands and turn them on. Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, Vicky has a keen eye to see beyond the surface. To read between the lines. To do the homework behind first impressions. To seek deeper meaning and purpose. To desire authenticity and speak the truth. These lessons endured through her days at prominent Atlanta agencies such as Wages Design, TW Design and SA+A. By delivering marketing strategies grounded in intelligence and executed with creative excellence, Vicky helps companies, products and services define their purpose and tell meaningful stories, internally & externally, about who they are and why they matter. Her diverse award winning portfolio crosses all media platforms, including research, brand positioning, marketing strategy, marketing campaigns, brand identity, brand systems and governance, UX, UI and web development. Whether it is leading a web redevelopment effort for YKK North America a rebrand initiative for Cox Communications, creating a multi-sensory exhibit for The Coca-Cola Company, revamping Coca-Cola Enterprises' website, or developing a national brand identity for Lydia Mondavi's exclusive Neiman Marcus cosmetic line, Vicky is a leader who inspires work that consistently delivers business-building results for clients.
Vice President, Digital Engagement
Darren Hearsch brings more than 20 years of digital engagement and online technology experience to the Phase 3 team. As vice president of digital engagement, he provides strategy around the processes, tools and tactics employed by the Phase 3 web and digital marketing teams throughout the course of their digital activations. He has a keen understanding of technology's role in the marketing process and understands that no one solution fits all clients' needs.
Prior to joining Phase 3, Darren spent 10 years growing an Atlanta-based web development firm that was acquired and eventually completed an IPO in 2007. During this time, he served as an integral technology partner to Phase 3, giving him unique insight into the organization's products, services and clients. He then moved on to the software consulting world, providing solution strategy around the implementation of Microsoft's enterprise software platforms before coming to work for Phase 3 in 2015.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
Vice President, New Business Development
Stephanie joined Phase 3 Marketing & Communications in April, 2015, following Phase 3's acquisition of Brand Fever and brings more than 20 years of experience working with many Fortune 500 clients, specializing in incentives and employee communications. As a Certified Recognition Professional, she understands the power that recognition can play to develop an employee brand.. Her high energy level and deep understanding of different cultures and people make her an ideal partner when it comes to creating compelling business solutions. For her, the real excitement comes when her clients see all of the moving parts of their campaign come together and they experience that "we did it" feeling.
A native of Washington, DC, Stephanie studied Civil War history at James Madison University and worked summers in a boutique communications firm. Growing up in such an influential and international environment fueled her quest for adventure and travel. As a result, she studied at the University of Paris IV, Sorbonne, and worked at Time Life Magazine in France. She then returned stateside to work at night on a master's degree from George Washington University. By day, she was a marketing specialist - helping to promote some of the most prestigious commercial real estate in the nation's capitol. This included significant projects such as the Holocaust Museum and the SEC Headquarters at a time when AOL was just beginning to impact worldwide communications.
After receiving her master's degree in tourism and marketing administration, Stephanie headed to Denver, Colo. where she discovered the thrill of snowshoeing and sales. Her first sales call was at the Chicago Stock Exchange and there was no looking back. Since then, she's been helping companies - from global giants to start-ups - articulate their vision, identify challenges and develop a road map for growth. This became her raison d'être for companies like Time Warner Cable, Qwest, T-Mobile, McDonalds, The Denver Broncos, New York Life and Cartier.

Vice President, Strategy
Robin Konieczny is an international award-winning writer, creative director and brand strategist who also has the analytical chops to have performed cancer research for the National Institutes of Health. After earning her masters in communications, she began her advertising career in London at Saatchi & Saatchi where she learned "proper English," according to her colleagues there. Back in the states, she honed her brand campaign skills and went on to leadership positions in product launch, branding and re-branding with full service agencies helping brands like Brooks Shoes, Coca Cola, McDonalds, Procter & Gamble and Starbucks.
Robin has helped lead new business pitches, generating over $100 million in new business wins. She believes in marketing campaign development that incorporates the powerful story of an authentic brand and the concise story that defines a TV spot worthy of awards including AD, Cannes Lion, Clio and One Show. Robin has led the development of great work for clients like Levolor, Kobalt Tools, Char-Broil grills, Rubbermaid and Hunter Fan as well as global brands including LiuGong Machinery and Husqvarna.
Elyse Hammett, APR
Vice President, Public Relations
Elyse joined Phase 3 in October, 2012 as a result of Phase 3's purchase of EOS Marketing & Communications. As Vice President, Public Relations—Corporate & Lifestyle, she leads the public relations practice for Phase 3, a division she began when she joined EOS in July 2010. Leveraging more than 20 years of public relations and marketing communications experience, she has served Fortune 500 firms including BellSouth, Centex, Emory Healthcare, Feld Entertainment, HD Supply and Troutman Sanders. Elyse has garnered recognition and numerous awards from the American Hospital Marketing Association, Public Relations Society of America (including its 2014 Luminary Star Award), Computerworld, CIO Magazine and the National Telecom Marketing Association.
A frequent guest lecturer at her alma mater, Emory University, Elyse is one of only 150 accredited public relations professionals (APR) in Georgia and is the state's first APR teacher. In this role, she has coached, mentored and taught more than 80 candidates since 2007. She also serves as the secretary on the PRSA Georgia board of the Public Relations Society of America where she is training to serve as president.
An active community member, Elyse volunteers for the Woodward Academy Parents' Club, the Atlanta Ballet, the Peachtree Heights civic association and Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church.
Vice President, Public Relations
Mary joined Phase 3 in August, 2014 as a result of Phase 3's acquisition of The Reynolds Group and brings 25 years of award-winning marketing and public relations experience within the hospitality, commercial real estate, consumer brand and communications industries. As President of The Reynolds Group, Mary leads a team of public relations and marketing professionals creating and implementing local, regional and national communications strategies for retail openings, company and product launches, community affairs, crisis control, media training and integrated internal and external marketing.
Mary has worked with some of the country's most recognized celebrity chefs, sports and entertainment personalities. Her clients include Wolfgang Puck, former NFL quarterback John Elway, artist Dale Chihuly, NASCAR owner Brian France, Tom Colicchio of Top Chef and Craft Restaurants, racing legend Mario Andretti, and chef-restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten, in addition to executing special events with Richard Blais, Art Smith and the Food Network's Rachel Ray, Alton Brown and Tyler Florence.
Before launching The Reynolds Group in 1999, her portfolio of experience includes serving in roles of increasing responsibility with Equity Group Investments, Dave & Buster's Inc., the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, and as the spokesperson for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, where she began her career and completed two tours of duty visiting seven countries with the USO.
Mary has served in a volunteer leadership role for a plethora of charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Alumni Association, The James Beard Foundation, Les Dames d'Escoffier, Project Open Hand, Share Our Strength and the Southern Foodways Alliance.
Vice President, Digital Programming & Development
Greg joined Phase 3 in June, 2014 as a result of Phase 3's acquisition of Boxkite Media Services. With more than 25 years of development experience in numerous industries - including accounting, hospitality, radio and sports - Greg oversees all of the programming and development for the company and its customers. Leveraging his expertise within the evolving digital sphere, Greg began his career with Days Inn corporate offices in computer operations. Honing in on his programming skills, he expanded his repertoire to pursue his true passion, application development, where he developed a software package that was sold nationwide and eventually converted to web-based and co-branded for clients such as FOX Sports and USA Today. Later he built online applications for other big-name clientele including Major League Baseball and the Southeastern Conference. During his time at Boxkite, Greg specialized in building digital tools to meet his clients' business needs by understanding their ultimate goals and delivering customized solutions.
Greg, a computer science graduate of The University of Georgia, resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with his wife Donna and two children, Camille and Henry.
Director, Information Technology
Hailing from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this Calhoun, GA native joined Phase 3 as the Director of Information Technology in July of 2014. Darren's focus is designing appropriate infrastructures for all facets of IT at Phase 3 and its subsidiaries. Maintaining the website, file system, network and internal infrastructures, as well as the Help Desk team complete his span of responsibilities.
Darren started his career in the IT consulting field for The Brumbelow Group, where he focused on large Citrix and VMware implementations by providing a strong technical and project management base. Later, Darren joined the Calhoun Medical Group as the Director of Technology, where he maintained the internal infrastructure. His efforts during this time resulted in a drastic reduction of operating and maintenance costs by introducing virtualization and reducing the physical server needs.
A trained partner in Microsoft, Citrix and VMware, Darren is currently finalizing a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at Dalton State College. He enjoys taking trips to his family cabin with his wife, Jenny, their two dogs Remi and Riley, and their beautiful daughter Stella.

Vice President of Accounting, Accounts Payable & Payroll
Aji joined Phase 3 in July, 2004 as a staff accountant and has served in positions of increasing responsibility culminating in his current position as Vice President of Accounting, Accounts Payable & Payroll. In this role, Aji is responsible for all company payables, payroll and financing.
Before joining Phase 3, Aji's vocational tenure included eight years of accounting service to AT&T Broadband, ELGI Finance, Ltd. and Intercontinental Hotel Group.
A native of India, Aji holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting, as well as a Master's of Business Administration in finance, coupled with a degree in foreign trade management. Aji is certified by the World Education Services (WES) and the National Association of the State Board of Accounting (NASBA).
Vice President & General Manager / Nashville
Sherri joined Phase 3 as Vice President and General Manager with the acquisition of Sullivan Branding's Nashville office, where she had served as the agency's President since 2011. A strategic planning and marketing communications professional with more than twenty years of experience serving diverse clients and industries, Sherri has lead numerous brands down the path toward success, growth, and sustainability. In her new role, Sherri continues to lead the agency and our clients toward clear goals, nurturing established relationships and forming new ones, and applying her cathedral thinking approach to brand stewardship and innovation.
Sherri's experience includes travel and tourism clients such as Gaylord Entertainment Company, Opryland Properties, and the Tennessee State Department of Tourist Development; healthcare clients such as Saint Thomas Health Services, Lancaster General Health, PathGroup, and HealthStream; and packaged goods brands such as SVP Worldwide, Singer, Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking, Johnston & Murphy, and Vanity Fair Brands.
Sherri received a BA in journalism from the University of Memphis. She is a former member of the Tennessee Tourism Committee, a current board member and the marketing committee chairperson for the Alzheimer's Association Mid South Chapter, and the current board chairperson for Old School Farm in Nashville.
Vice President, Operations / Dallas
Spencer joined Phase 3 in September 2012 as a result of Phase 3's acquisition of Gigantic Color. As Vice President of Operations - Dallas, Spencer has direct oversight of the day to day print production, installation, and warehouse and distribution services.
With 24 years of experience in the design and digital printing business, Spencer exhibits a passion for seeing projects executed from conception to completion. Prior to Phase 3, Spencer spent 20 years at Gigantic Color helping to build a small prepress operation into one of the Southwest's largest large format digital printing facilities.
Spencer graduated from Texas A&M - Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in graphic design.
Director of Information Technology
Chet joined Phase 3 in January 2013, as the Director of Information Technology, bringing more than 15 years of technology experience to his position. His primary responsibilities include oversight of all company technology infrastructures including the internal network and servers for all company offices, as well as hardware, software and user support for its employees and customers.
Chet's skill set in information technology includes expertise across multiple platforms, user interfaces and network protocols. He drives his team to focus on leveraging technology to solve issues and drive company productivity.
Prior to joining Phase 3, Chet served in positions of increasing responsibility ultimately including a vice presidential role for The University of the Potomac and Clark Capital Ventures while living in Washington, D.C.
Chet hails from Dallas, Texas and graduated from Lubbock Christian University.
