The Recruiter position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, first interviews via phone, candidate communications, coordination of interviews, in person interviews and complete vetting of candidates. The Recruiter will also assist with new hire and existing employee training and the development of the training program. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with recruiting, understand best practices of recruiting, and be self-disciplined. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Candidate must have expert knowledge of standard corporate hiring procedures and be able to conduct new hire interviews within all levels of the organization. The position reports to the Executive Vice President of Purchasing and Human Resources.
Must have 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree. Have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and follow-through skills, with a desire to be a part of a fast growing Marketing Communications company.
Up to $45,000 Base Salary + bonus plan
