After years of progressive growth and an evolving brand, LNRS identified the need to revamp its overall brand expression. LNRS contacted Phase 3 to develop a new visual system. Deemed the Focused Framework, the innovative development created a consistent brand presentation across all markets.
Phase 3 first conducted a detailed analysis of LNRS’s current system and competition. Findings allowed Phase 3 to develop messaging and imagery for content integration, create templates for printed and digital applications, source new fonts, and expand brand colors as part of the overall design. LNRS designers were given complete access to the Focused Framework, which included preset templates with brand color palettes, character styles, layers and guidelines. This structured yet flexible system provided the creative latitude desired, while ensuring adherence to the LNRS brand guidelines. Phase 3 also conducted a 2-day training session with LNRS partner agencies around the world to introduce the new framework. The training allowed internal stakeholders to see their feedback reflected in the framework design and ask pertinent questions. Overall, the Focused Framework received positive feedback and was adopted throughout the LNRS organization. The customized framework has been successfully deployed for over a year now, demonstrating its power for longevity.
