Introducing a new wave of luxury living to the city of Atlanta−Phase 3, Mill Creek, and Modera− joined forces for an unforgettable grand opening. Highlighting the new community’s presence within the metropolitan area, Phase 3 created a campaign that inspired influencers and tastemakers to promote Modera Morningside personally and socially.

Through engaging social media content and consistent interaction with followers, Phase 3 generated more than 13,378 impressions on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the premiere event. Phase 3 planned and executed the community’s VIP grand opening preview event, which welcomed more than 175 guests including key media, politicians, and neighborhood associations. These efforts created buzz and interaction surrounding the event and increased the Modera Morningside social media following for upcoming opportunities.
