ATLANTA – February 2017 – Phase 3 Marketing and Communications, an end-to-end marketing, PR, creative, digital, print and marketing logistics service provider, has promoted four account directors to vice presidents within the company’s public relations, creative and sales departments.

“I often preach, for our team members to experience growth and opportunity, there must be two conditions present. Individual performance and company growth. These conditions have certainly been met.” said Ken Holsclaw – president, Phase 3 Marketing and Communications. “These individuals’ account management skills, leadership, attention to detail and executional excellence have had an enormous impact on the growth of Phase 3 and their respective verticals of the company.”

Katharine Ames has been promoted to vice president of public relations. Ames joined Phase 3 as part of The Reynolds Group acquisition. Since joining the team in 2009, she has held most every position in the PR division and currently oversees teams and clients in the Atlanta and Charleston offices. She has successfully led operations, client strategy, communications and new business development. An enthusiasm for the food, beverage and travel industries fuels her ability to successfully manage event planning and execution, grassroots marketing, social media strategy and media outreach in a well-rounded approach to client relations. She has secured national placements for clients in outlets including Bon Appétit, Travel + Leisure, Esquire, the New York Post and many other prominent media sources.

Over the years, she has risen in responsibility from an internship to her current role of overseeing PR account teams, customer strategy, execution and operations within the public relations Center of Excellence. Baker utilizes her proven management skills and keen knowledge of the lifestyle industry to garner measurable results for the agency and its distinctive roster of clients. As a dedicated leader, she has developed and executed strategic campaigns for clients including a wide range of premier brands and concepts including Castellucci Hospitality Group, Atlanta Restaurant Weeks, the James Beard Foundation, industry-leading real estate developers and some of the Southeast’s most acclaimed chefs.

Hollie Hagedorn has been promoted to vice president of sales. Hagedorn joined Phase 3 in April 2010 as a sales manager and immediately built a sales team from scratch that achieved their annual goal every year for the first five years. She has become an expert in the print process and has been directly responsible for the sales and servicing of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Her sales expertise and experienced leadership in successfully guiding sales teams has had a direct impact in driving company revenue growth during this decade. In addition to providing ongoing guidance to her team in terms of account strategies and playing an integral role in the growth of Phase 3’s revenue, Hollie collaborates seamlessly with all of our centers to ensure our clients are able to efficiently leverage our full scope of services for their marketing needs.
