IT Help Desk (Atlanta)

Phase 3 is hiring an entry level help desk / desktop support person. This position entails responding to email, phone and in person Help Desk inquiries for 150+ end users and assisting in the daily operations and maintenance of all IT systems including servers, workstations, VOIP phone system, printers, network equipment and smart phones.  Position requires direct communication with end users in all departments within the company and strong organizational skills, as well as strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Must be proficient with Windows and Mac OS X workstations
  • Must have a basic understanding of computer networking
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with wide variety of users
  • Must be able to learn new technologies and procedures quickly
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve a range of IT-related problems such as virus infections, software incompatibility, etc.
  • Must be able to use existing tools to find solutions to end-user issues
  • Must be able to work on multiple, high priority tasks with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with wide variety of users
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Atlanta Office Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and have additional flexibility beyond those hours
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, creative, able to work independently, possess a strong attention to detail and have a “can do” attitude
