Restricted by an outdated website, Republic National Distributing Company was failing to attract top tier talent for its longstanding brand. Currently one of the nation’s largest and oldest wholesale alcoholic beverage distributors, RNDC needed to recruit team members equally committed to success. Phase 3 rejuvenated the RNDC acquisition process through viable digital solutions. Phase 3 created memorable brand expressions aligned with website, talent portal, and a responsive interface. The new site is easy to navigate and user friendly for qualified candidates. Within a 12-month period of the website launch, traffic to the site grew by nearly 200%. RNDC was recognized in 2016 by the International Association of Business Communicators with its IABC Gold Quill Award for the inventive website.
