The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Georgia define luxury in Atlanta and beyond. Known for style and grace − The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Georgia include three unique properties: The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta; The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead; and The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee. Phase 3 collaborated with the hotels’ corporate sales, marketing teams and each property’s general manager to increase property awareness. All elements of the distinguished hotel brand were incorporated into the awareness campaign including: culinary programming, packages, personalities, and events.

Phase 3 connected with long-standing partners to launch several successful concepts and media strategies. Beginning in 2014, Phase 3 simultaneously focused on The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta’s debut of local coffee shop Jittery Joe’s, its unveiling of AG, a modern steakhouse, the launch of The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead’s two specialized spa suites, as well as The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee’s multimillion dollar renovations to its meeting spaces, spa, and outdoor pool.

Throughout the P3 and the Ritz-Carlton partnership, over 100,000 Instagram likes and comments, branded tags, blog posts, and hashtags were garnered. Coverage was also gained in notable publications including Travel + Leisure, Southern Living, Garden & Gun, USA Today, Robb Report, Forbes Travel Guide, Conde Nast Traveler, HOTELS Magazine, Departures, Martha Stewart Weddings and The New York Times. The properties were continually recognized as AAA Four-and- Five Diamond Hotels, included on U.S. News & World Report’s annual “Best Hotels” list, and recognized as Forbes Travel Guide Four Star Hotels. For the unwavering collaboration, The Ritz-Carlton awarded The Ritz- Carlton Georgia and Phase 3 with the 2015 PR Team of the Year award.
