As Vice President of Public Relations, Paul Lindsley uses his 25 plus years of experience to promote, protect, and publicize the good works of our clients. A former journalist, Paul is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) who strategically manages Phase 3’s Public Relations Division with teams in Atlanta, Charlotte and Nashville. Phase 3’s Public Relations teams create and manage local, regional and national media and public relations strategies for clients to include: retail openings, company and product launches, community relations, crisis communications, thought leadership, reputation management, media training and integrated internal and external marketing services. Since Paul earned his Master of Arts in Corporate Communication, he has also served as course developer and adjunct professor teaching integrated corporate communications at Austin Peay State University, the University of Memphis and TN eCampus.

Phase 3 Names David Randolph Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations

ATLANTA – June 8, 2020 – Phase 3 Marketing and Communications, an integrated marketing, PR, creative, digital, print and marketing logistics service provider based in Atlanta, announces today the addition of David Randolph as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations.


Most recently, Randolph served as Chief Strategy Officer and President of DRUM Agency Atlanta, building the Insights and Strategy team and focusing on new business opportunities. Prior to DRUM, Randolph helped build 360i into a four-time AdAge Agency of the Year. He has also served on the board of the American Marketing Association Atlanta Chapter and brings additional experience from SunTrust Bank, J. Walter Thompson and BBDO.


Randolph joins the Atlanta team in this newly created position where he will spearhead the enhancement of Phase 3’s marketing services in addition to providing overall strategy for agency service expansion. He brings extensive agency experience with him, with expertise in marketing campaign creation and execution for well-known brands spanning various industries from AT&T and PayPal to Costco and Spanx, among others. Additionally, Randolph has spent more than a decade leading internal communications planning and new business development.
