Fairlane Hotel is a luxe 81-room boutique hotel bringing back the style and personality of the 1960s and 70s to downtown Nashville with modernist architecture, a timeless, mid-century design concept and a retro attitude. Fairlane Hotel offers travelers upscale accommodations featuring spacious, retro-modern rooms complete with era-appropriate decor and playful details, including peekaboo showers and floor-to-ceiling windows. Located on the fourth floor of the hotel is Ellington’s, bringing nostalgic, mid-20th century dishes elevated with modern panache to the downtown Arts District.  

The hotel engaged with Phase 3 to generate local, regional and national brand awareness of its rooms, restaurants and Penthouse through media relations, influencer relations and event management.
