Tiny Lou's

Atlanta’s iconic Hotel Clermont, closed in 2009 due to health code violations, was renovated, revitalized, and completely reimagined as a 94-room boutique hotel. Phase 3 was tasked with introducing the property’s new food and beverage concepts—Tiny Lou’s, a full-service French American brasserie. Considering the somewhat salacious and infamous past of the property, Phase 3’s Public Relations team not only had to promote the new concept, but also help explain the relationship with the historic location with agility, tact, and humor.  

 

Phase 3 officially welcomed the long-awaited restaurant to Atlanta in June 2018, generating excitement for the new concept through a series of media exclusives and grand opening events, including pre-opening tours and securing exclusive, national press through relationships with local food and beverage-focused media. Today, Phase 3 continues to support the MICHELIN-recommended restaurant through ongoing media, influencer, and community relationship management.
