Ben Brown

Ben brings an extensive background spanning more than two decades in design and production to his Vice President position at Phase 3. Since joining the company through the acquisition of IMAGERS in 2019, he has provided strategic support to national and house accounts as Senior Director of the Customer Experience Team.

Ben was promoted to Vice President in April 2025 and expanded his operational responsibilities. In addition to overseeing the CET and the operations side of our Branded Merchandise department, he works closely with Sales Leadership and the MediaLink Implementation Team to integrate client systems with our technology platforms. Ben is committed to delivering effective client solutions aligned with our Ideation to Execution philosophy. Known for his vast industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and collaborative spirit, he plays a key role in driving Phase 3’s technology-first vision.
