As senior vice president of sales, Hollie leads a team of sales professionals driving new business initiatives while ensuring Phase 3 provides excellent customer service to our client base. Hollie plays an integral role in the growth of revenue by showcasing all that Phase 3 can offer while carefully analyzing client needs and connecting with the relevant internal teams to meet those needs.

As a steadfast leader at Phase 3 for the last 12 years, she empowers her team to drive companies forward and challenge the status quo in the pursuit of exemplary client satisfaction. Hollie is adept in all industries including but not limited to retail, hospitality, communications and healthcare. Hollie has strengthened the sales department by providing goal setting processes, compensation and development plans and ongoing progress reports and recommendations for C-Suite executives and clients.

When she is not setting high standards for her team and clients, the North Carolina native can be found relaxing on beaches across the U.S., traveling to the Caribbean, attending musical festivals with her husband and friends and finding new and trendy workouts.
