Karen Smicik
As vice president of print services, Karen leads the Atlanta production facility and ensures all client projects come together flawlessly. While overseeing daily operations, Karen cultivates a top-notch team that generates high volume revenue.
Since joining Phase 3 in 2019, one of Karen’s main focuses is that all processes are efficient, effective and followed to complete the work that is needed for clients. Karen has created a successful system of cohesive and strong communications between the production facility and other departments.
When not running her team of production professionals, Karen can be found enjoying the outdoors. Karen loves to stay active by mountain biking, hiking, swimming and paddleboarding. Originally from Pittsburgh, Karen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Grove City College.
