Widely recognized as a leading global expert in emerging markets, Max Nair leads Phase 3’s acquisition strategy as chief investment officer. A Wall Street veteran, with experience spanning financial institutions like Bear Stearns, Wachovia, UBS, Knight Capital and Cantor Fitzgerald, Max has expanded Phase 3’s footprint and service offerings by identifying, vetting, negotiating and acquiring target companies to meets the growing needs of clients. Through Max’s intuitiveness, and partnership with co-founder Ken Holsclaw, he has positioned Phase 3 as a marketing industry leader, offering the unique value proposition of ideation to execution.
Max is a native of Madras, India, and a graduate of West Virginia University, earning a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. An avid tennis player and golfer, Max lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons.
