Robert Belthoff
As the vice president of print services, Robert plays an instrumental role in overseeing all digital print operations in the New Jersey facility. His expertise and leadership have been focused on developing efficient production processes, providing outstanding client service, and driving revenue growth.
Robert joined Phase 3 through the acquisition of FLM Graphics and has worked in the digital print industry since 2009. By capitalizing on his wealth of experience and passion for creativity, Robert has played an integral role in leading the production team to deliver high-quality results that exceed clients’ expectations.
As a native of New Jersey, Robert graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in communications and a concentration in graphic design. Outside of the Phase 3 office, he enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife and three children.
