Troy McGinnis

As executive vice president of print services, Troy oversees over 150,000 square feet of print and warehousing facilities in three regions of the country; Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, and the New York Metropolitan Area. As an industry expert in substrates, fixturing solutions, equipment and fabrication, Troy leads Phase 3’s print production, company systems, purchasing and supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, fabrication and installation.

Since joining Phase 3 in 2012, Troy has inspired the team to transform ideas and deliver an extraordinary and award-winning print and fabrication experience for clients because of his unique talents and rare ability to not only imagine a solution but flawlessly execute the idea – start-to-finish.

Through his leadership and capabilities, Phase 3 has physically expanded its footprint a well as product offerings while increasing our rankings with Printing Impressions list of top printers and making the inaugural Wide Format Impressions Top 50 awards.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Troy is a native of the great state of Texas, an avid cowboy boot collector and loves The Dallas Cowboys. He lives with his wife and two dogs in Dallas and spends as many weekends as possible on their ranch with a herd of Longhorns and making ‘no bean’ chili.
