KIPP College Prep

Working in collaboration with Nashville architect Manuel Zeitlin, Phase 3 developed a complete graphics package for a new location of KIPP College Prep school. KIPP is America’s largest network of college-preparatory, public charter schools.

We brought together multiple project stakeholders, inspiring the project design from ideation to execution, and finally designing and generating multiple interior graphics elements.

First, by viewing the school as a set of key areas, we helped the vendor team structure the project and budget to meet all stakeholders needs and expectations. Then, building on our extensive experience in the educational space, we developed a comprehensive graphics package for the new location.

Utilizing graphic elements that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, while also staying true to the national institutional brand and integrating with architectural elements, the design now unites the learning space and the young minds who study there.

We had a great experience working with Phase3 on the KIPP Antioch College Prep project. The team at Phase3 provided a full range of collaboration along with exceptional graphic design from start to finish. Their work tied all aspects of the school’s experience with the architecture. We look forward to working with Phase3 again in future projects!

After a five-month process from initial consultation to final installation, more than 5,000 square feet of walls are now alive with inspirational messages, colors, and energy, and 40 separate artwork elements—including a modifiable donor wall—connect spaces and reinforce the school’s enduring ethos of hard work and commitment.
