Fletcher Management Company (now Fletcher Davis) selected Phase 3 in 2007 to develop the brand for its newest 2300-acre master-planned community in Richmond Hill, GA. Starting with a brand charrette which engaged the developer, builders, investors and other key stakeholders, we crafted a compelling brand focused on the community’s spectacular location, landscape and water-oriented amenities.

Our team has led the creative, marketing, media, public relations and social media efforts for Waterways from its first homeowner through being named 2019 Best Community of the Coastal Empire by the Savannah Morning News.

One of the accolades awarded over the years include the Phase 3-designed Headwaters Sales Cottage being named Best Community Sales Center in 2016.
