Supreme Lending is a full-service mortgage lender where the customer always comes first and who consistently strives to provide customers with the best home financing experience possible. After the relationship with their original vendor grew stale, Supreme Lending partnered with Phase 3 to provide fresh, new innovative ideas for their internal branded merchandise and employee store needs.
Using their updated branding, Phase 3 created an online "supreme swag store" for their employees to become the ultimate brand ambassadors.
Supreme Lending required a centralized space for their marketing needs and to ensure brand consistency across their hundreds of branches. Currently, the swag store has over 1,460 users from 268 branches, and includes around 200 branded merchandise products which Phase 3 assists with sourcing, and kitting and distributing from our various production and warehousing facilities across the South and Northeast.
At the time of launch, Supreme Lending was also kicking off their annual Sales Rally event. To bring even more excitement to the event, Supreme Lending set up an on-site swag pop-up shop that allowed employees to shop and select the merchandise in person.
In addition to providing the actual merchandise, Phase 3 also was onsite to provide assistance with the pop-up shop and to ensure employees had an easy experience with online store and to answer any questions concerning the merchandise.
Using our printing services, Phase 3 also fulfilled their various print needs for the event, including employee credentials and signage.
