Activating the brand new wellness-focused hotel to wow Atlanta VIPs, media and influencers. 

EVEN Hotels, a wellness-focused brand by IHG, opened its first location in Georgia at the end of 2019, bringing in-room exercise equipment, state of the art fitness center and fast casual dining concept Cork & Kale to Alpharetta. IHG partnered with Phase 3 to activate the ground level of the hotel with an invitation-only grand opening party targeted to IHG executives, hotel clients, VIP community members, media and influencers. Phase 3 ideated the entire vision of the event, handled vendor management and brand partnerships and oversaw the RSVP list.

Phase 3 created special activation points in several rooms, including mini massages in a guest room, LED therapy in the meeting space and a Jazzercise demo in the fitness center, all of which were services provided in-kind.

Additionally, guests were able to snap shots at the photobooth in front of a step-and-repeat created by Phase 3, as was directional signage and the event brochure. Live music, light bites and featured healthy-ish cocktails set the mood for the 96 attendees who made it out despite inclement weather.

Several media and influencers attended, resulting in great local press and social media coverage. Several partners donated to a giveaway, and every guest walked away with a highly curated swag bag.
