Stifled by an outdated logo that failed to reflect the mission of Edward Andrews Homes to simplify and enhance the custom homebuilding experience, the firm approached Phase 3 to refresh its logo and tagline – which became “Custom Homes. Reimagined.” Phase 3 developed a research-based integrated marketing and public relations program to increase brand awareness through cohesive brand and sales collateral, email marketing, logo design, public relations, sales displays, signage, social media and special events. The campaign distinguished Edward Andrews Homes from competitors, helping the company win eight OBIE Awards – an industry recognition presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association – including best logo.
