The marketing department of ExpressJet Airlines, which employs over 8,000 aviation professionals, was challenged in equipping its staff with uniformly branded business cards. This stemmed from the variety of roles and expansive workforce that includes personnel that does not directly communicate with corporate. Phase 3 provided a solution via a custom MediaLink site that gives access to templates based on department – enabling employees to input their information to be submitted for approval. Once reviewed by the marketing team, orders are processed and shipped in 48 hours. Since implementation, the automation of the traditional process has significantly increased efficiency and brand consistency for the 1,200 active users of the platform.
