A new division of Cox Enterprises, Cox Automotive incorporated 20 unique brands worldwide as the leading provider of products and services in the automotive ecosystem. Cox Automotive asked Phase 3 to build a digital platform for “Driving Force,” its international employee magazine, with the objective of driving employee engagement through a cohesive educational resource about the emerging Cox Automotive brand. The sleek presentation of compelling content – including industry trends, videos, and employee-sourced photos – stayed true to the friendly corporate voice of Cox, translated into multiple languages. During the first three issues, Cox saw a dramatic increase in readership and a better understanding of the Cox Automotive brand.
