A Tale of Two Cities – And A Culinary Cause

James Beard Foundation’s Taste America events serve to raise both funds and awareness for the foundation and its mission to honor America’s diverse culinary heritage. Phase 3 produced unique and memorable dining experiences in both Atlanta and Charleston, S.C. – handling the booking of participating chefs, authors and artisanal vendors, in addition to all event logistics and production. The events were publicized with a multi-tiered marketing and media plan to drive event cross-promotion and monetary sponsorships. In total, the events raised over $185,000 for the foundation and resulted in nearly 30 million media impressions.
