“Do the right thing.”− The mantra of $1 billion credit union, Sharonview Federal Credit Union, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With the introduction of new CEO, Bill Partin, it was only right for Sharonview to reach out to Phase 3 to create a fresh approach to target new members. Determined to build awareness around Sharonview’s missions and services, Phase 3 propelled Sharonview above its competition by positioning it as “Charlotte’s Loan Headquarters.” The sixweek campaign included radio advertising; paid, outdoor social advertising; and public relations. The results exceeded all expectations with 21 percent consumer loan growth, 10 percent real estate loan growth, and tripled website traffic.
